Painting of "Mahabharat"
In this painting Lord Krishna demanded Arjuna to be free from repulsion and desire, to work without the desire or demand of fruit of his labour, to renounce self-will and become passive and faithful instrument in his hands, to have an equal heart for high and low, friend and opponent, success and failure, yet not to do his work negligently.
This picture has been taken from "Bhagavad Gita". I painted this in 1998.

Indian Painting: Lord Krishna's Raslila
Raslila is considered to be the spiritual dance of Lord Krishna with gopis(lovers and friends). In raslila, every female becomes Radha and every male Krishna.
In the painting above, a scene of raslila is portrayed. Here Lord Krishna is playing flute and the gopis are mesmerized by his charm.
This painting i completed in year 1999 and is close to my heart. It is a form of classical indian painting/ old masters.
